These *** ruined my order multiple times after talking to 5 different representatives and THEN charged my card for the same order putting my account in the negative. These people have effected my business as a music producer and my life financially making me have to use alternative funds due to my account being stuck in the negatives. The amount of hate I have for this brand and company is unexplainable I never wish bad on anyone but I pray they go out of business soon cause they aren’t going to do *** about how they ruined a valued customer.

User's recommendation: Don’t even bother. Use eBay or amazon.

The Guitar Center I went onto didn't give a dam about service they provided. The salesman had an attitude like Kiss M *** I wrote corporate and never received a response.

Kudos

Tried to redeem a 2001 gift certificate. Local store could not help, said funds were turned over to the state as unclaimed. Wrote to the CEO, got a reply right away. They issued a new gift certificate. Smooth transaction. Very pleased with the outcome!

Absolutely no help zero information Animated robots I cant give you any information would not let me speak to a person could not get details on the rest of the order could not get details or information on how to cancel my order can you details of why theyre saying its been shipped and it is a curbside pick up this is total crap

Disappointed

Guitar listed as great, had broken neck, no truss rod cover, no strap pin, over spray on headstock, shoddy repair job, scratches all across the body. They lowered price 80.00. manager at Fort Worth didn't have the time to talk to me. I bought a broadcaster and a D-28 from guitar center, so much for the customer. Thanks guitar center!

I purchased a workstation I went to return it they said it had already been returned and would not let me leave the store with my property the cops got involved I never did get my property back I disputed the charges on my card and they fought me On it ....
