I made an order on May 16 for two Peavey 215 speakers, a set of cables and a 2000 watt power amp. Was told it would get here in 3-5 days, and I paid $171 in shipping. One speaker, two cables and a new Peavey 215 came within 7 days. The other speaker did not show. The wrong company (UPS) was listed as the shipper. The final speaker arrived on June 2, 2021. It was not new, it was used. It was badly damaged. It was put on a crate, without packaging. I had to drive four hours roundtrip to get the speaker and Allie (extension 8323) got my shipping cost refunded.

In a nut shell, I got shafted. I paid for a new speaker, and got a used, beat up piece of *** Unpackaged, late and damaged. This is after spending thousands and thousands of dollars over the past twenty years.

I want my new speaker, as paid for and ordered last month.

I have called seven times, and have not been allowed to speak to a supervisor.

Now the 'agents' (Shelby, extension 3072) said he couldn't help me, and I can't speak to supervisor. He referred me to by gear advisor, Dee (3208 extension) who I also called and left a message, but these 'agents' never call back.

User's recommendation: Use a different company.

Monetary Loss: $399.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
